A Ser Educacional anunciou nesta quinta-feira que sua subsidiária Cenesup acordou em comprar 100% da Faculdade de Ciências Biomédicas de Cacoal (Facimed), em Rondônia, por 100 milhões de reais.
Segundo fato relevante, a Facimed teve em 2019 receita líquida de cerca de 55 milhões de reais e, em junho último, tinha 2,7 mil alunos de graduação, incluindo 445 de medicina.
Eventual dívida líquida da Facimed será descontada do preço da transação.
